Competitive compensation package depending of your background and experience Remote work flexibility in Sweden and individual development opportunities Your Responsibilities Successful expansion of our client´s presence in the Swedish market (with potential to take over more responsibility in Scandinavia at a later point in time) Take full responsibility to develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy for Sweden. Set and achieve ambitious targets with focus on net sales, sales quantities and EBIT. Plan, organize and execute all commercial activities of predetermined target groups. Establish strong and long-lasting business relations to position our customer as a reliable partner for precast plants, construction companies, architect and structural engineers. Strive to further develop high standards in Sweden for energy efficient and thermal bridging. Cooperate with global functions and ensure proper execution of projects together with technical engineering, customer service, object management, etc… Your Profile Success drivers: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills, related to technical topics. Good understanding of construction projects and ability to explain engineered products. Ability to develop strong relationships to relevant stakeholders on different management levels. Willingness to achieve and overachieve ambitious sales targets. You are able to to interact with C-level managers as well as construction site managers in a professional way. Ability to both, work highly independent as well as part of a hybrid team. Willingness to travel across Sweden, with sporadic travels abroad (e.g. to Germany) Very good Swedish speaking (C2 level) with good either English or German language skills. Other Scandinavian languages are an asset Experience and affinity with digital tools (e.g. CRM software, MS office, etc..) Functional experience: Higher professional education, either technical education with a good commercial understanding or the other way around is a plus but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience is as well possible. Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar sales roles with proven track record to achieve sales growth. Proven work experience in construction or real estate industry. Experience working as part of a hybrid team is a plus. Good project management skills. Leadership experience is a plus. Affinity with engineered construction and building products.
