Unser Mandant, eine renommierte Optiker-Filialkette mit einem hervorragenden Ruf, sucht eine engagierte und erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Geschäftsführer (m/w/d). Das Familienunternehmen legt großen Wert auf eine nachhaltige Unternehmensentwicklung und möchte diesen Erfolg mit einer neuen Geschäftsführung weiter vorantreiben. Neben dem klassischen Optiker-Retail-Geschäft ist die Filialkette auch im Vertrieb von Hörgeräten erfolgreich tätig.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie, um das Wachstum und die Rentabilität des Unternehmens sicherzustellen
  • Überwachung der operativen Abläufe und Sicherstellung einer effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Kundenerfahrung
  • Vereinheitlichung und festigen des VK-Prozesses zu einem Value-Add Ansatz
  • Verantwortliche Übernahme des Einkaufs inkl. Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Personalmanagement, einschließlich Einstellung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung
  • Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Trends in der Optikbranche
  • Routinemäßige Besuche der Filialen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie weisen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vor und haben bereits die Meisterprüfung Augenoptiker abgelegt. Sind Sie aktuell beim Abschließen der Meisterprüfung, ist Ihre Bewerbung ebenfalls willkommen
  • Nicht verpflichtend, jedoch von Vorteil ist die Gewerbeberechtigung zum Hörakustiker
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position, vorzugsweise im Optiker- oder Einzelhandelsbereich
  • Ihre Leidenschaft steckt im Vertrieb & Marketing
  • BWL verstehen Sie als Rüstzeug, um erfolgreich ein Unternehmen leiten zu können
  • Kommunikationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, effektive Beziehungen zu Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern aufzubauen

    The successful candidate will play a key role in the realization of an organization driven by evidence-based decision-making, and as such, this is a strategically important position. The role is responsible for ensuring that senior management, business and other key stakeholders are equipped with insights from data that can inform their strategic decisions, but more than that, for designing and building the engine for the delivery of data insights.

The role will entail leading a team of data analysts, visualization and reporting specialists and BI solutions architects, ensuring timeous and high impact delivery. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    -    Healthcare experience will be an advantage, especially in a hospital environment.
