Diese Schlüsselposition ist Teil des Management-Circles und wird maßgeblich zur weiteren Entwicklung des Unternehmens beitragen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die finanziellen Betriebsabläufe und das Controlling im Gesundheitsbereich von OptimaMed
  • Bindeglied zwischen Management-Circle und den OptimaMed Kliniken und Einrichtungen einerseits und der Zentralfunktion Finanzen der SeneCura-Gruppe andererseits
  • Steuerung aller operativen Querschnittsthemen und -aufgaben betreffend Controlling, Finanzen und Reporting
  • Aktives, operatives Optimieren der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Performance der OptimaMed Gruppe bzw. aller Kliniken/Einrichtungen
  • Analysen und Berichterstattung über finanzielle Leistungskennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Budgets und Forecasts
  • P&L basierte Analysen und Planrechnungen zu relevanten Einflußfaktoren/Treibern, wie bspw. Tarife, Kosten, Personalkosten, Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen etc.
  • Entwickeln und Einführen von Controlling-Standards, KPIs, Tools und Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung eines standardisierten, regelmäßigen Reportings, das die wesentlichen, geschäftskritischen Themen und Einflußfaktoren darstellt

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium in den Fachrichtungen Finance, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä. erwünscht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Controllingbereich, auch Audit, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Analyse und Reporting
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln und die Wirtschaftlichkeit allen Shareholdern nahe zu bringen
  • Konsequent, extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit Umsetzungsstärke
  • Leidenschaft zur Digitalisierung und den entsprechenden Verbesserungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in MS Excel, Financial Modelling, Power Point und einschlägigen ERP-Datenbanksystemen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse

The role is responsible for ensuring that senior management, business and other key stakeholders are equipped with insights from data that can inform their strategic decisions, but more than that, for designing and building the engine for the delivery of data insights.
     
    Key Responsibilities

    -    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and how these evolve.
    -    Responsible for clarifying client requirements and translate analytical concepts into client-friendly terminology, meeting all analytical requirements.

The role will entail leading a team of data analysts, visualization and reporting specialists and BI solutions architects, ensuring timeous and high impact delivery. 

    Key Responsibilities

    -    Responsible for coordinating business reporting tasks for the organization, including creating effective strategies to analyze information, conduct research, and implement reporting solutions for products and services. 
    -    Work with the Head: Analytics to understand key business questions and develop reporting approaches to inform solutions.
    -    Work with the Data Development Manager to identify data transformations and pipelines to optimize the delivery of reporting insights.
    -    Implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.
    -    Supervise efficient delivery of all Data Analytics and Business Reporting projects, based on solid requirements analysis, to ensure consistent project realization of objectives.
    -    Supervise and ensure efficient performance of employees in the function.
    -    Assess all reporting requirements and develop a long-term strategy for various reporting solutions.
    -    Coordinate with the data team and ensure compliance with all enterprise data governance standards.
    -    Monitor the work of the Business Reporting team and ensure effective implementation of all projects to achieve all client objectives.
    -    Develop a BI service culture that builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
    -    Ensure that the BI Toolset is aligned with the data and analytics strategy

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    -    Minimum Bachelors degree in statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, computer science or engineering.
    -    5+ years experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering data-driven reports to businesses and understanding business needs from this reporting role.
    -    1+ years of management experience
    -    Healthcare experience will be an advantage, especially in a hospital environment.
