The Company
Our client is an international automotive supplier with numerous plants worldwide. In Poland, the company has recently acquired a plant with approx. 400 employees, which is specialized in metal processing. As part of a reorganization, we are looking for an INTERIM Plant Manager (all genders)
- Industry: Automotive
- Location: Poland / Katowice region
- Duration: 6 months with option to extend
Tasks
- Analysis of the current situation and development as well as implementation of a concept to optimize production
- Technical responsibility for production with approx. 300 employees and 8 direct reports as well as implementation of necessary measures across all levels, in close coordination with the management
- Reduction of quality deficiencies through process optimization in close coordination with quality management
- Increasing output through measures to improve efficiency while optimizing delivery reliability
Analysis of key figures and optimization through close cooperation with relevant departments
Profile
- Degree in engineering or comparable training
- Sound experience in operations, ideally in production in the automotive industry
- Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical approach
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Structured and process-oriented way of working with a high degree of independence
- Very good knowledge of English and ideally Polish
