Our client is a large international MedTech company with a growing product and solution portfolio. Within an international framework, the above position offers a lot of opportunities and responsibilities for any proactive and ambitious product expert. We are looking for a candidate to support the ongoing growth in Germany at the earliest possible date.
Your main tasks
Set up and implement the local positioning and product strategy for the assigned products in alignment with the division and the local marketing and sales department. Drive gap analyses and set up countermeasures.
Manage the assigned product categories to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives
Identify and launch new products that will generate sales growth in your region in close collaboration with your KOL network and sales. Manage product inventory and forecasting during the product lifecycle in collaboration with the division.
Propose product improvements to the division.
Analyze sales reports and propose action plans to increase sales and profit
Contribute to the local budget and forecasting processes
Support the sales team in the field with preparing and winning important new opportunities, including participation in product trials and tenders.
Be the ‘product champion’. Obtain and distribute product information to stakeholders, including strategic messaging, objection handling and regular product updates.
Build up and grow the KOL network for each product category with regular personal visits.
Collaborate with marketing and the division to develop and roll out relevant (product) marketing materials.
Represent the company at scientific workshops and events.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations by adhering to codes of conduct and policies, specifically focusing on compliant collaboration with healthcare professionals.
You successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable education in the healthcare field
You have gathered at least 2 years of relevant job experience as MedTech product specialist in the field of angiology, cardiology or interventional radiology
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Personal accountability and a passion to succeed
Assertive, decisive, positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and high flexibility
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English
Ability and willingness to travel 50%
