As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing MRR year on year. In this role, you have to develop growth strategies and generate scalable, repeatable, and predictable sales revenue. You will build and lead a global sales organization and coordinate teams involved in customer acquisition.B

  • Build and lead a global sales organization and coordinate teams involved in customer acquisition
  • Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing MRR year on year
  • Generate scalable, repeatable and predictable sales revenue
  • Develop growth strategies with the executive team using data-driven insights
  • Build and monitor a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting
  • Integrate the revenue technology stack including marketing automation, salesforce automation / CRM, digital channels
  • Continuously develop and refine offer value propositions
  • Prospect and close relationships with key target clients
  • Structure and manage successful relationships with strategic alliance and channel partners
  • Attract, hire, train and retain top sales talent and build a performance-driven culture

Your Profile

  • Experience of revenue ownership with a successful track record in the enterprise SaaS market (CCaaS experience is an advantage)
  • Thorough understanding of a wide range of technology especially sales automation and sales CRM
  • Strong ability in data analytics
  • Understand how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives at key target clients and channel partners
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven successful sales team building and management experience
  • Excellent coaching and training skills
  • Native or fluent English language skills
