The Company

Our client is a non-profit organisation with more than 200 employees in the UK. Their mission is to find innovative solutions to worldwide issues. We are looking for an experienced Interim Management Consultant – Business Optimisation. Start date ideally by 15 April 2024.

The role

• Sector: Non-profit, charity
• Location: UK/London with hybrid working 

Your Main Tasks

• Optimise current business development initiatives
• Ensure newly acquired projects can be staffed and fulfilled within the deadlines
• Support the Director in their management role, e.g., train/coach staff in for example negotiation, offering and closing skills, project management and staffing

Your Profile

• Management consultancy experience
• Non-profit / charity experience
• People management, motivation and business optimisation

The Role Offers

• A 4 or 5-day week on an interim basis with hybrid working

• Reasonable working hours 9.00 to 5.00
