Our client is a successful marketing agency located in the beauty und luxury sector and offers comprehensive data analysis and strategy consulting services. As an addition to the team, we are currently looking for a “Salesforce Process Manager – Retail Media (f/m/x)”.

Your tasks
  • your main function is to support the Retail Media department with diverse tasks to ensure optimal business operations
  • analysis of existing processes within the Retail Media department and identification of areas for optimization and automation in salesforce
  • customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements
  • configure workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, and flows to automate business processes
  • create and manage custom reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
  • configure pricing rules, discount schedules, and product bundles within the CPQ module to accurately reflect pricing strategies and product offerings
  • design and maintain a centralized product catalogue within Salesforce to manage product offerings across multiple channels and business units
  • integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs or middleware tools
  • develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users
  • gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • general maintenance, support, documentation and optimization

Your profile
  • you successfully completed a degree in business administration, or a related field
  • you have gained practical experience in administration or process management through internships or similar opportunities
  • strong expertise in salesforce salescloud and possibly mediacloud
  • familiarity with methodologies and tools for mapping and optimizing processes is a plus
  • strong project management skills to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • high level of skill and interest in working with technical systems
  • you possess the ability to clearly present complex information in a way that can be easily understood by a non-technical audience
  • critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex data and problems and make informed decisions
