Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten eine kaufmännische Leitung Klinik (m/w/d), die profunde Erfahrung im Bereich der kaufmännisch-organisatorischen Klinik-/Krankenhaus-Verwaltung hat. Es geht hierbei um den operativen Weiterbetrieb eines Klinikstandortes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ärzteteam und dem eingespielten Mitarbeiterstamm.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung des kaufmännischen Bereiches sowie Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellung von Monats- und ggf. Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
  • Durchführung von Budgets, Forecasts, Analysen, Liquiditätsplanungen, Reportings, etc.
  • Unternehmensplanung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Profitabilität und bestehenden Geschäftsprozessen
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) in allen Controlling- und Accounting-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung der internen Prozesse sowie der Unternehmensstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Sparringspartner (m/w/d) für die Geschäftsführung, externe Steuerberater und Finanzbehörden
  • Analyse und Optimierung von bestehenden (kaufmännischen) Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Accounting im Gesundheitssektor, insbesondere Kliniken / Krankenhäuser
  • Teamplayer mit einem souveränen Auftreten, interkultureller Kompetenz und sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Bereitschaft, sowohl operative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft zu übernehmen als auch strategisch und gestaltend tätig zu sein
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    Required Experience/Qualifications

       Honors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent field, or other equivalent qualifications.

    8+ years of experience in the administration and management of data environments and the information life-cycle.
    -    3+ years of management experience.
    -    Previous experience in overseeing the set up and management of enterprise data warehouses.
    -    Solid experience in cloud technologies and on premise solutions.
    -    Strong leadership and communication skills.
    -    Understanding of data systems, architecture and pipelines.
    -    Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions.
    -    Project management skills.
    -    Client relationship skills: demonstrated ability to build relationships with and deliver valuable solutions for stakeholders. 
    -    Familiarity with relevant data environments and tools, including big data solutions. 
    -   Healthcare experience will be a strong advantage.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in the realization of an organization driven by evidence-based decision-making, and as such, this is a strategically important position. The role is responsible for ensuring that senior management, business and other key stakeholders are equipped with insights from data that can inform their strategic decisions, but more than that, for designing and building the engine for the delivery of data insights.
     
    Key Responsibilities

    -    Ensure that our client can drive business value through reporting and analytics.
    -    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and how these evolve.
    -    Responsible for clarifying client requirements and translate analytical concepts into client-friendly terminology, meeting all analytical requirements.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and delivering the company’s reporting and visualization strategy and requirements, providing guidance and expertise across various business functions by transforming data and providing valuable, actionable insights. The role will entail leading a team of data analysts, visualization and reporting specialists and BI solutions architects, ensuring timeous and high impact delivery. 

    Key Responsibilities

    -    Responsible for coordinating business reporting tasks for the organization, including creating effective strategies to analyze information, conduct research, and implement reporting solutions for products and services. 
    -    Work with the Head: Analytics to understand key business questions and develop reporting approaches to inform solutions.
    -    Work with the Data Development Manager to identify data transformations and pipelines to optimize the delivery of reporting insights.
    -    Implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.
    -    Supervise efficient delivery of all Data Analytics and Business Reporting projects, based on solid requirements analysis, to ensure consistent project realization of objectives.
    -    Supervise and ensure efficient performance of employees in the function.
    -    Assess all reporting requirements and develop a long-term strategy for various reporting solutions.
    -    Coordinate with the data team and ensure compliance with all enterprise data governance standards.
    -    Monitor the work of the Business Reporting team and ensure effective implementation of all projects to achieve all client objectives.

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    -    5+ years experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering data-driven reports to businesses and understanding business needs from this reporting role.

    -    Healthcare experience will be an advantage, especially in a hospital environment.
