Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for revenue and profitability targets for the assigned account portfolio
  • Develop, propose and execute sales strategy for designated region
  • Agree and execute yearly budget and monthly/quarterly forecast per product and plant for each responsible account
  • Align in a matrix structure on strategies and goals
  • Bear responsibility for revenue and profitability targets for the assigned account portfolio in the region
  • Develop in-depth relationships and regularly visit customer contacts and secure information flow
  • Devise and execute account-specific strategies in alignment with the company´s sales & marketing strategy
  • Strengthen the competitive position by negotiating prices, terms and frame contracts
  • Promote and sell the complete existing product portfolio of BU Pharma
  • (Help) create customer specific solutions concerning products and services
  • Support or lead the agile project teams for your clients´ sales or R&D project
  • Disciplinary lead, promote and motivate regional sales team (appraisals, goal setting, development etc.).
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams for dedicated accounts
  • Motivate, coach and lead colleagues on regional sales strategy

 

Your profile

  • Preferably a degree in Business or Science (Bachelor or higher)
  • 10 years of experience in solution sales to pharma customers in a complex environment
  • Strong background in B2B sales of high-tech products and solutions
  • Leadership / team management experience
  • Passionate about quality and client relationships
  • Fluent in English and German, French and/or Dutch are an advantage
  • International experience (organization, sales responsibility) in pharmaceutical environments
  • Agile mindset and experience
  • Change Management experience

    Your responsibilities

     

    • Identifies and acquires new customers from the biotech industry, CROs / CDMOs, universities, medical centers and compound pharmacies
