In its ambition for growth with the key customers, our client is looking for an experienced Global Key Account Manager to improve service levels and client intimacy on already high levels.    Sector: Pharmaceuticals, Packaging Location: Remote Your Main Tasks Responsibility for revenue and profitability targets for the assigned account portfolio Definition of strategic account development plans with touchpoints at all and up to the highest levels of the account organizations Development of relationships and regular visits of customer contacts Establishing regular communication with key decision makers / influencers within the assigned international accounts Scoping and executing account-specific strategies in alignment with the company´s sales & marketing guidelines Strengthen the competitive position by negotiating prices, terms and frame contracts Support or lead the agile project teams for your clients´ sales or R&D projects Managing your sales pipeline and providing regular reports through the established IT infrastructure (CRM system) Continuously challenging the organizational setup to the requirements resulting from market demands, profitability, and overall corporate objectives Your Profile Preferably a degree in Business (Bachelor or higher) or a comparable education with a focus on sales and marketing 10 years of experience in account management of large international clients (ideally in the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry) Strong background in B2B sales of high-tech products and solutions Leadership / team management experience on project level Passionate about quality and client relationships Business fluent in English, fluent in at least one other language, German skills are an asset Agile mindset and experience in matrix organizations The Role Offers Development potential in an important account management position within a growing global set-up A work environment with lots of possibilities within a healthy and people-centric company and culture Contact We are looking forward to receiving your online application to our consultant Oliver J.     Role Technical Account Manager Key Responsibilities -  Responsible for representing the company and selling its products and services to assigned major accounts, specifically employ a high-touch, high-value sales model to successfully position the company’s technology into accounts.  -  Responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and new account sales across the territory.  -  Developing a robust sales pipeline leading to the achievement of personal and team quotas.  -  Primary focus of this role is end-user sales and the role is responsible to drive end user new business sales.  -  Grow the business and deliver results to meet/exceed assigned target.  -  Identify and qualify business opportunities. Support our Resellers, and make strategic business plans to drive business with partners. Includes negotiation, coordination and business decisions to close deals.  -  Develop reference accounts in select sectors with priority according to guidelines.  -  Develop and present professional sales presentations, control project progress at each stage, make constant sales calls and follow up with any potential leads, work with partners aggressively to close deals and finalize contracts, meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Provide effective communication of Company’s technology value propositions and solutions.  -  Manage partners' sales forecast reports as well as short-term/long-term business plans in an effective manner.   Required Experience/Qualifications -  Understanding of the business and skills on how to generate new Sales opportunities. -  Business development skills required to define and manage a territory plan.  -  Strong relationship selling skills within the channels community.  -  Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles is required.  -  Excellent negotiation and closing skills are a must.  -  Practical experience using influence management to achieve goals.  -  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  -  Strong understanding of the market, the customer, region and partner landscape.  -  Strong technical, pre-sales background.   -  Experience with Unified communications i.e. PABX, Telephony, VOIP   Qualifications:  -  MCSE or CISCO certifications will be advantageous  Salary  R1.4000000.00
