Sales Director Americas (all genders)

Your Tasks
- Responsible for all sales activities, including the development and operational implementation of a sales strategy to develop new customers and markets in the Americas (USA, Mexico, Brazil), with a particular focus on the USA.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships with automotive manufacturers, especially in their engineering departments and execute operational tasks such as directly contacting potential customers, generating leads, negotiating and closing contracts.
- Working closely with internal teams (engineering; production) to develop customer-oriented technical solutions.
- Build up and manage a sales team (up to four employees, including sales and FAE), including coaching and further development of employees.
- Analyzing market and competitive developments to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Introduce and use new sales tools to increase efficiency in sales.
Your Experience
- Successfully completed technical degree or a similar qualification, coupled with a high affinity for technical topics, preferably in the field of electronics or software.
- Experience in a comparable function in the automotive industry or as a KAM or Business Development Manager with proven success in sales of technically demanding products
- Hands-on character, with the will to develop new markets and customers and drive topics forward
- Goal orientation, coupled with sales focus, resilience and the necessary perseverance and tenacity
- Very good knowledge of English
