To support this goal our client has decided to establish this strategic new role in the sales organization. Reporting to the sales executive for the region, this role offers the possibility to take a sales organization to the next level by taking on change and project management responsibility. In this position you will be able to contribute to the company´s growth strategy and shape the way sales will be more efficient and successful. Sector: Medical Devices Location: Remote Your Main Tasks Develop and execute a sales excellence program for the EMEA sales team to drive growth and profitability Establish and communicate a clear sales excellence strategy aligned with the company goals Implement training programs to address immediate skill gaps in the sales team Optimize sales workflows and integrate automation tools to enhance efficiency Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve alignment between sales, marketing, and operations Establish a performance coaching framework to develop high-potential sales team members Roll out advanced analytics solutions to provide deeper insights into sales performance Lead initiatives to improve client retention and satisfaction metrics Ensure alignment between existing opportunities and market segmentation/customer targeting according to group strategy Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads on core products/services Your Profile Preferably a degree in Business (Bachelor or higher) or a comparable education with a focus on sales and marketing 5 + years of experience in, ideally, direct and indirect sales of complex products/solutions in a multichannel business environment Experience in team leadership, especially in non-hierarchical dotted-line settings Experience and track record in complex project management in international structures Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to challenges Passionate about strong processes and data-driven excellence Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage Agile mindset and proactive communicator The Role Offers Growth potential in a growing and innovative company Possibility to shape and develop an international sales organization Contact We are looking forward to receiving your online application to our consultant Oliver J.
