our client is a leading Asian tire manufacturer with production facilities and research centers in Europe, North America and Asia. After gaining new customers it is necessary to be able to deliver the right products to these customers. So they are looking for a Tread Compound Development Engineer TBR (m/f/d) to expand the European R&D team.


Your Main Tasks:

• Development and introduction of competitive TBR compounds for summer, winter and all-season tires for the European market
• Support for compound related series production- and quality issues
• Project work in the context of chemical compound development

Your Profile:

• Academic Degree in natural science, engineering or a field directly related to the position
• 5 years of experience in TBR compound design
• Familiar with the tire production process and quality analysis
