To kickstart the newly founded American subsidiary we are looking for a entrepreneurial-minded Senior Business Development Manager OEM Manager (all genders) to join our new sales and service organization in the US. The company has already been realizing projects in North America for more than two decades and has existing contracts with some of the biggest large engine OEMs in the US. As a member of the pioneer team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's vision and have the opportunity to grow with the organization while contributing to the decarbonization of the automotive and other industries. Our innovative solutions for assembly and testing empower our customers to successfully transition to e-mobility and hydrogen technologies. For further growth in the Americas market, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Director Americas (all genders) Industry: Automotive Location: Michigan, USA Your Tasks Responsible for all sales activities, including the development and operational implementation of a sales strategy to develop new customers and markets in the Americas (USA, Mexico, Brazil), with a particular focus on the USA. Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships with automotive manufacturers, especially in their engineering departments and execute operational tasks such as directly contacting potential customers, generating leads, negotiating and closing contracts.
